Experience:
Planning, forecasting and achieving of sales target at the relevant market.
Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors as per KPI.
Capture the opportunities by regular market visit and market development.
Optimize sales in high contribution areas by formulating strategies to get long term returns.
Constant communication with Farmers, Dealers to clarify company policy and new offers to avoid confusion.
Continuously monitor distributor / retailer performance and suggest & implement alternate course of action.
Timely communication to distributors / dealers about price & policies etc.
Retain Existing Dealers, Farmers by maintain strong relationships.
Continuous drive to converted Farmers and Dealers from competitors to AFTAB.
Scheduling the visit plan according to route settled by the department & meet all listed farmers to collect FCR data.
Analyzing competitor’s product features, benefits, shortfalls, & market scenario.
Submit necessary report as requirements of Management.
Any other relevant task as and when assigned by the department head.
