Responsibilities & Context:

  • Planning, forecasting and achieving of sales target at the relevant market.

  • Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors as per KPI.

  • Capture the opportunities by regular market visit and market development.

  • Optimize sales in high contribution areas by formulating strategies to get long term returns.

  • Constant communication with Farmers, Dealers to clarify company policy and new offers to avoid confusion.

  • Continuously monitor distributor / retailer performance and suggest & implement alternate course of action.

  • Timely communication to distributors / dealers about price & policies etc.

  • Retain Existing Dealers, Farmers by maintain strong relationships.

  • Continuous drive to converted Farmers and Dealers from competitors to AFTAB.

  • Scheduling the visit plan according to route settled by the department & meet all listed farmers to collect FCR data.

  • Analyzing competitor’s product features, benefits, shortfalls, & market scenario.

  • Submit necessary report as requirements of Management.

  • Any other relevant task as and when assigned by the department head.
