∎ Possession of a valid motorcycle license is mandatory for Territory Officers.
∎ Owning a motorcycle is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement monthly and yearly sales plans (volume and value) for assigned territory/area.
∎ Achieve sales targets as assigned by the Line Manager.
∎ Identify and appoint qualified distributors in accordance with company policies.
∎ Oversee distributor operations, including stock management, primary sales tracking, IMS reporting, and depot inventory control.
∎ Recommend qualified Sales Officers (SOs) as needed and support their recruitment process.
∎ Supervise, guide, and work alongside Sales Officers and DSRs throughout their daily sales routes (as per PJP).
∎ Conduct regular opening and closing meetings at distributor points.
∎ Design route plans for SOs ensuring efficient market coverage.
∎ Ensure territory/area is properly demarcated and monitored for sales performance.
∎ Provide both on-the-job and off-the-job coaching and training to SOs and DSRs.
∎ Ensure effective use and visibility of POSM materials and maintain merchandising standards.
∎ Track and report competitor activities, promotions, and pricing strategies.
