Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow bulk rice sales and expand market reach.
∎ Identify potential clients, establish a robust customer base, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote retention and growth.
∎ Understand client requirements and provide suitable rice products and solutions tailored to meet their needs.
∎ Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals.
∎ Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
∎ Track market trends and monitor competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
∎ Generate regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide forecasts to management for informed decision-making.
∎ Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote our bulk rice products and build brand recognition.
∎ Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
