Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
∎ Monitor and ensure the sales team meets their individual and collective targets.
∎ Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Expand the territory’s customer base by identifying new business opportunities.
∎ Ensure effective market penetration of our Tires brands across retail, wholesale, and industrial sectors.
∎ Appoint and manage distributors and dealers in the territory.
∎ Conduct periodic performance reviews of channel partners and provide necessary support.
∎ Ensure adequate stock levels and smooth supply chain operations.
∎ Motivate channel partners to deliver exceptional performance and achieve sales objectives.
∎ Drive branding and promotional initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
∎ Organize customer meetups, product demonstrations, and promotional events in the territory.
∎ Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers.
∎ Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure satisfaction.
∎ Provide accurate and timely sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
∎ Monitor competitor activities and report market intelligence to the management.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.
