Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all activities of the Subordinates.
∎ Ensure sharing of up to date product, medical and company information to the medical practitioners.
∎ Ensure cosmists shop visit by the MPO/SMPO’s in view to build professional relationship and secure order for them.
∎ Checking activities of subordinate through check list for field forces.
∎ Follow up an analyze prescriptions of the doctors to understand doctor’s prescription habit and competitor’s status hence to guide the subordinates to improve prescription generation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 02 years’ experience in related field

Salary: Negotiable

∎ Attractive target achievement bonus: 10000 to 25000 BDT per quarter
