Job Context:
∎ Fair Food and Lifestyle under the umbrella of Fair Group is looking for some dynamic individuals for its sales team in Dhaka, Bogura & other areas
∎ Products Profile: Olitalia sunflower oil and olive oil, Tong Garden, PastaZARA, and al Shifa honey.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly sales target
∎ Prepare territory wise sales plan and propose relevant trade activities in line with the sales forecast.
∎ Visit all retailers regular basis to maintain close relationships.
∎ Maintain sales activity records & reports and send it to the head office.
∎ Preparing market report and suggesting an action plan based on competitors activity
∎ Promoting company goodwill and business through appropriate marketing activities.
∎ Monitoring, supervising & training distributor's field forces sales force in a regular basis.
∎ Ensure the Distributor's ROI.
∎ Regular searching and development new market etc.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
