∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make route plan for down the line team and ensure visit and follow up.
∎ Distribute sale target among team and customer and ensure achievement.
∎ Monitoring and implement trade promotions activity in regular basis.
∎ Visit as per route to distributor point & markets.
∎ Solve trade queries and trade conflict and discuss with line manager.
∎ Visit all B2B AND B2C clients to create high value product chain.
∎ Ensure a good team work and motivate and train your team in terms of product knowledge and professional skills.
∎ Always update the customer list by territory and source new potentials in gap market.
∎ Closely observe competitors activities & report to supervisor.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report and submit to the concerned authority on a regular basis.
∎ Forecast assigned market demand and follow up virtual stock.
∎ Meet company standards and KPI's assigned for distributor operations.
∎ Maintain company rules and regulations and at the same time regulatory compliance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be energetic, able to work under pressure & independently for extended hours
∎ 3 or 4 year experienced candidate will get preference.
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Education at least Degree and above can apply.
∎ Must have smart phone.
∎ Should have motor bike license and driving ability.
∎ Candidate with own motor bike will get preference.
∎ Must have knowledge to run Microsoft office.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have positive attitude.

Salary: Negotiable
