Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Masters in Bank Management (MBM)
∎ Education at least masters/ BBA/ MBA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Distribute sales target among regional team and achieve target through B2B AND B2C trade channel.
∎ Visiting MARKET to further strengthen existing sale channels and find limitation and recommendation.
∎ Monitoring stock flow, market movement, and sales promotions to ensure successful execution
∎ Involving actively in a business session with various channel partners, distribution owners, and key stakeholders
∎ Evaluate team member and Identify training needs and conduct training to Territory Managers/Officers to brief them about product / business knowledge and any changes in company policies and procedures.
∎ Help management in planning and budgeting for further development.
∎ Inter and intra departmental coordination to resolve the issues coming from distributor operations
∎ Meet company standards and KPI's assigned for distributor operations
∎ Maintain company rules and regulations and at the same time regulatory compliance
∎ Any other task and report assign by the Management time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be energetic, able to work under pressure & independently for extended hours
∎ Must have smart phone.
∎ Should have motor bike license and driving ability.
∎ Candidate with own motor bike will get preference.
∎ Must have knowledge to run Microsoft office.
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have positive attitude.
