Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Masters in Bank Management (MBM), Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine monthly / quarterly/ yearly sales target by region by territory. And set tour program.
∎ Develop quarterly promotional plan, evaluate monthly promotional activities and generate new model for promotional activities.
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve sales target.
∎ Formulate agenda of monthly sales meeting, regional & area meeting and evaluate field forces performance.
∎ Prepare sales budget periodically. Make disbursement plan and evaluate action plan.
∎ Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop people. Identify the training needs of area sales manager, territory sales manager and implementing training programs to build up professionalism skill and knowledge.
∎ Resolve all sales related issues and problem risen from market by coordinating with immediate supervisor and other departments.
∎ Strongly follow up with company SOP.
∎ Build strong network in the segment of Traders and End users.
∎ Resolve all sales related issues and problem raised from market by coordinating with top and downwards line and other departments
∎ Meet company standards and KPI's assigned for distributor operations
∎ Maintain company rules and regulations and at the same time regulatory compliance

∎ Age 32 to 40 years
