∎ Excellent in Microsoft office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
∎ At least 5 years of relevant field work experience with fertilizers and pesticides.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implementing sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales target. Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
∎ Identifying marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business, establishing targeted market share.
∎ Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
∎ Providing information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential.
∎ Participating in branding & promotional activities and executing sales and marketing activities as plan.
∎ Conducting market research to determine market requirements for existing and future Products.
∎ To perform any other job, assigned by team lead to support BANGLAMARK AGRO Limited.
