Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Reputed Public University.
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning sales targets for individual sales officer of your team.
∎ Product demonstration and consultancy to the individual home builders, contractors, Govt. bodies & direct construction sites.
∎ Visit existing and potential clients on a regular basis, find out customer needs and take necessary action to fulfill those.
∎ Identify and analyze new business opportunities, threats and competitors to achieve sales target.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and try to keep them satisfied.
∎ Collect market information and submit report on competitor's activities.
∎ Develop the market in order to make sales.
∎ Good Inter-personal & communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Presentation in the event/seminar.
∎ Site Supervision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 year(s) experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Cement/Rod company or architectural consultancy firm.
∎ To drive motor cycle
∎ Good at communication in English (both in written & speaking)
∎ Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
∎ Efficient in MS Office, Excel and Internet usage.
∎ Should be elegant, energetic & have a pleasant personality.
∎ The ability to work under pressure & Can-do attitude and able to take on challenges
∎ 10 (ten) years experience in developer company/consultancy firm/cement company.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
