Responsibilities:
Manage the entire tender process from inquiry to submission.
Prepare, review, and submit tender documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information.
Analyze and respond to tender requirements and queries.
Maintain accurate records of all tender processes and submissions.
Monitor tender performance and implement improvements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify new tender opportunities and competitive positioning.
Provide training and support to team members on tender processes and best practices.
Participate in post-tender evaluations to assess outcomes and refine future strategies.
