Job Context: We are looking for experienced and passionate Tender Specialist. Who has practical experience in (EGP, Manual Tender, Privet Tender)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire tender process from inquiry to submission.

• Prepare, review, and submit tender documentation.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information.

• Analyze and respond to tender requirements and queries.

• Maintain accurate records of all tender processes and submissions.

• Monitor tender performance and implement improvements.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Conduct market research to identify new tender opportunities and competitive positioning.

• Provide training and support to team members on tender processes and best practices.

• Participate in post-tender evaluations to assess outcomes and refine future strategies.
