Business Development, Customer Development, Digital Marketing, Overseas Sales, Professional Command in English, Proficient in English, Sales & Marketing, Telemarketing, Telemarketing and direct sales, telesales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service, Call Center
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a telesales and customer marketing executive, you will be expected to:
∎ Contact prospects by telephone in order to generate sales for services we provide.
∎ Explain services, prices and answer questions from customers.
∎ Record details of conversation with the prospects into our CRM after the call.
∎ Follow-up with prospects by phone or email on regular basis.
∎ Respond to the queries of the existing customers either through phone or email.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capable of achieving sales targets and fulfill KPI
∎ Speaking clearly and persuasively in English to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills
∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask
∎ Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
∎ Experience in working in digital marketing would be preferable
∎ Experience in social media interaction or group page would be preferable
∎ Self motivated and willing to work for longer period and any time in the day
