∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe bridge, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Photo Editing, Photo Retouching

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Round the clock operation and management of the shift that involves
∎ Understanding the instructions of Customers,
∎ Distributing and coordinating the work to the designers based on the complexity and skill,
∎ Verifying the quality of the work produced by the designers and finally
∎ Delivering the finished work to the customers.
∎ Capable of handling and checking large volume of images in Adobe Bridge/Lightroom.
∎ Must have knowledge in creating Actions and using various techniques to batch process images.
∎ Setting up the workflows and accomplish the targets given by the management
∎ Monitor the production line and report to management in daily basis.
∎ Develop and update the production manual
∎ Develop training materials and guidelines and train up new designers
∎ Strong conceptual and creative skill
∎ Must have in depth knowledge on e-commerce image editing guidelines compliant with the standards of various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Ebay, Etsy etc.
∎ Better Understanding of Retouching techniques for Still Life and Lookbook Models.
∎ Candidate must have leadership capability, self-motivated, good team player, and willingness to take challenges.
∎ Capable of understanding the instructions in English and communicate with Customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates must have experience and knowledge on clipping path, multi path, various masking (Alpha masking, Layer masking), Model/Product Retouching, Shadow (Drop/Natural/Mirror Shadow), Color Correction, Neck joint/Ghost Mannequin, Image manipulation etc.
∎ Must be an expert on latest Adobe Photoshop/Bridge and its plug-ins.
∎ Must have at least 4 years of experience working as a Shift In-Charge in an existing Graphics Design/Image Editing company.
∎ Having experience of using third party image editing tools like Topaz will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Capable of meeting deadline
∎ Must be a quick learner

Salary: Negotiable
