Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise and manage the telesales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Develop telesales scripts, strategies, and sales pitches to improve conversion rates.
- Motivate, train, and support telesales executives for better performance.
- Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships over the phone.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management.
- Ensure the team maintains professionalism, compliance, and quality in customer communication.
