Responsibilities & Context:
Call and follow up on leads provided by the marketing or CRM team.
Identify potential clients interested in interior design or renovation services.
Explain company services and project portfolios to prospective clients.
Convince clients to schedule a first meeting or site visit with the sales/design team.
Maintain a daily call record and update the lead status in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales and design team to ensure smooth client handover.
Handle client queries politely and professionally to create a positive impression.
