Responsibilities & Context:
- Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
- Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the tele sales executive job role
- Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
- Be aware of the latest industry trends as a tele sales executive
- Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
