∎ • Telemarketing Experience: Proven experience in B2B telemarketing, preferably in the insurance or financial industry.
∎ • Sales Aptitude: A natural ability to understand and convey complex insurance products to potential clients.
∎ • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Google Workspace, and other communication tools.
∎ • Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and meeting ambitious call targets.
∎ • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT JOB, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WORK AT NIGHT SHIFT.

∎ Agent must work Night Shift (8:00 PM-5:00 AM) from the office. (US Eastern Time).
∎ As a B2B Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for:
∎ Outbound Calls: Conducting outbound calls to potential B2B clients within the United States to introduce insurance services and assess their needs.
∎ Lead Generation: Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities through effective telemarketing strategies.
∎ Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for inside Sales Team with interested prospects.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with potential clients by providing information on insurance products and services.
∎ Communication: Clearly articulating our value proposition and effectively addressing client inquiries.
∎ Performance Metrics: Meeting and exceeding daily call targets, with an expectation of a minimum of 10 calls per hour.
