Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates will have to make local calls to the All over Bangladesh
∎ Candidates should take the challenge to fulfill sales targets.
∎ Candidates should have self-motivated, confident Telemarketer for local Campaigns.
∎ Excellent telephone manner, personality and ability to establish a rapport.
∎ Should have good convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
∎ Candidates should give clear information to the customer about our products.
∎ Candidates should elasticity personal performance report to the concerned authority.
∎ Honest, Self-motivated and willing to hard work
∎ Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and good communication skill by Mobile, Skype, Whatsapp or any others online communication gateway.
∎ Excellent Communication skill with great strategy for creating the desired client.
∎ Sense of responsibility and achieve the daily target
∎ Calling for telesales Local Market all over Bangladesh
∎ Contacting businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for services
∎ Persuading potential customers to purchase the service;
∎ Obtaining new contact names, telephone numbers, and email address of prospects from direct calls
∎ Pre-call planning and research to perform opportunity identification and need analysis
∎ Recording and maintaining reactions of prospects contacted into the database
∎ Maintaining call log & timely follow-up.
∎ Reporting to the assigned person on a daily basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ It is a target based job with basic salary. Basic salary is 12-15 K (Thousand) depending on experience with sales commission, mobile bill, lunch facility. Additional can be earned on successful sales call.
∎ Over time allowance
∎ Festival bonus (2 times)
