Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join our team as Telemarketing & Marketing Officers in Motijheel, Dhaka. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with minimal experience who are looking to start a career in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing activities
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels
• Provide information about products/services clearly & persuasively
• Maintain records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups
• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns or promotions
• Report weekly/daily performance, challenges, and results to the supervisor
• Support the marketing/sales team in administrative or field tasks as needed
