∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Fluency in English is more important than degree subject
∎ 1 to 2 years in telemarketing, telesales, lead generation, or customer support
∎ Experience in a photo retouching or video editing company is a strong advantage
∎ Excellent spoken English, especially for international (European) calls
∎ Confident, polite, and persuasive phone communication skills
∎ Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, CRM, etc.)
∎ Must be willing to work during European time zones

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound calls to prospective European clients.
∎ Introduce our photo retouching services and explain their benefits.
∎ Build interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.
∎ Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM.
∎ Follow up with interested leads and respond to inquiries.
∎ Share insights with management to improve outreach strategies.
