∎ Receive Inbound Calls or Make Outbound Calls/ telesales/ telemarketing calls.
∎ Explaining ideas and information to customers.
∎ Dealing with customer file, records etc.
∎ Should be able to convince people over phone.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

∎ Must have good oral communication skills.
∎ Should be able to handle telephone or e-mail inquiries.
∎ Expertise in Ms-Office (Ms-Word &Ms-Excel) operation is a must.
∎ Social media interaction skill.
