Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make calls to potential customers & follow-up the customers.
∎ Handle inbound customer inquiries effectively.
∎ Promote products via digital channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
∎ Create and manage online campaigns.
∎ Generate leads and maintain customer databases.
