∎ Diploma in Electrical in Telecommunication
∎ Skills Required: Email , MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing the professional relationships with the customers and Vendors by demonstrating an understanding of their requirements and achieving goal
∎ Have a strong Email communications and interpersonal skill.
∎ Live monitoring of remotely installed application systems
∎ Work with technical teams of third-party providers to resolve issues within specific service level agreement times
∎ Ability to establish the telecom network and fault management & network survey
∎ Experiences in any SMS platform (Preferred)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
