We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Tele-Caller.

Job Summary:

The Tele-Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and clients, providing information about study abroad opportunities, and guiding them through the initial stages of the application process. This role involves building relationships with potential students, answering queries, and ensuring a positive and informative interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and clients, providing information on study abroad programs and services.
  • Handle inquiries and follow up with interested students regarding their study plans.
  • Record call activities, maintain accurate student records, and update databases.
  • Assist in answering questions related to the admission process, visa requirements, and available programs.
  • Work closely with the counseling team to ensure smooth follow-up and transition of interested students.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students through regular follow-ups.
  • Provide information on upcoming education fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment activities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students and maintain a professional approach in all communications.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the overall recruitment process.
