• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Bengali and English to effectively communicate with our customers in these languages.

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to persuade and influence potential customers.

• Sales-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a passion for driving results.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer data, and report on performance.

• Self-Motivated & Goal-Driven: Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned sales goals and objectives.

• Professionalism & Positivity: A professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers, along with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market trends.

• Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and other digital communication platforms.

This position requires strong communication skills, with the ability to engage potential customers and build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Bengali and English.
