Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our service, admission requirements, and available support services.
∎ Build rapport with potential students and address their inquiries regarding program details, curriculum, fees, USP, and career prospects.
∎ Utilize effective sales techniques to engage and persuade prospective students to enroll in our programs.
∎ 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝟔𝟎 𝐭𝐨 𝟕𝟎 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
∎ Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation, conversion, and retention.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and educational policies to provide accurate information and advice to students.
∎ Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance sales and counseling skills.
∎ We are looking for young, good communication skill with smart pronunciation & voice tune, dynamic and energetic Team Member as a "Student Counselor for IELTS Coaching Centre".
