∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Telemarketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reach out to potential leads over the phone.
∎ Informing them about products/services.
∎ Keeping hooking the clients to make your sales pitch properly.
∎ If any potential lead asks questions about products/services, you have to give the correct answer to the question on the spot.
∎ Meeting the weekly/monthly targets.
∎ Communicating with the leads via email, social media/messaging apps.
∎ Scheduling and creating strategies for international calls.
∎ Sourcing various B2B and B2C leads in North America, Europe, and Australia.
∎ Coming up with ideas and strategies about how you can improve productivity and conversion and sharing with supervisors.
∎ Recording and updating client data and follow-up regularly.
∎ Receiving training whenever necessary.
∎ Reporting to the supervisors with findings (end of the day reports, weekly reports, bi-weekly reports, and monthly reports).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have at least 1-year of experience in international telemarketing.
∎ Candidates with previous experience in BPO and DTP will get an advantage.
∎ The candidate should be flexible enough to work in a 3 shifts working model.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Attractive commissions with every client acquisition will be given along with your basic salary. So you will get the chance of earning an extra 10,000 BDT - 15,000 BDT every month.
