Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our books using processed scripts
∎ Answer questions about different books and Hassan book depot. Also ask questions at the same time to understand market requirements.
∎ Direct prospects of the product to the field sales team when needed and in a guided way.
∎ Procure continuous update customer information database for the future use.
∎ Complete sales orders in an accurate manner
∎ Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communications skills.
∎ Must be user friendly with Computer application
∎ Good command in MS Word, MS Office and Bangla Typing.
