At least 03 years experience as “Technologist (Clinical Pathology) in a reputed Hospital/Diagnostic Center.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct routine and complex manual or automated tests in areas like hematology, microbiology, immunology, and clinical chemistry.
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on lab instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Receive, label, and process biological specimens (blood, urine, tissue) according to laboratory protocols.
Implement and monitor quality control standards, validating test results before they are released to clinicians.
Document findings accurately in the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and communicate abnormal or critical results to pathologists and physicians.
Adhere to universal precautions, biosafety protocols, and medical data confidentiality regulations.
