Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly Service & Maintenance VRC AC, Water Purifier, Air Purification system, etc.,
∎ Inspect, maintain, repair, and clean VRF AC, Refrigerator, water purifier, and Air purification system. Also, blower fan, air filter, indoor, and outdoor units, and change of spare parts of the system, etc.
∎ Make sure the VRF AC, Refrigerator, water purifier, and Air purification system operate efficiently and continuously.
∎ Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
∎ Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Keeping log records & checklist of all maintenance functions,
∎ Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety ACT,
∎ Must have done any other job as assigned by the Management
