Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Monitors and operates All plant’s equipment according to operations guidelines and specifications.

• Must follow and practical experience in operation, routine check, maintenance work and

• Troubleshooting of HVAC equipment (Water Cooled Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pump, WTP, FCU, Piping, Ducting, Exhaust Fan, Safety and Measuring Device etc.)

• Practical experience in Fire protection & Detection, Plumbing, Ventilation equipment

• Register and Log Book maintain for documentation work (inlet/Outlet & Setpoint water

• Temperature, Suction / Discharge Pressure, Compressor Oil Temperature etc.) for required electromechanical equipment.

• Have to do electrification work with good finishing.

• Any electromechanical defective issue must be informed to senior by over phone/written and have to resolve the instruction by senior.

• Take the meter reading (Electrical/WASA) as daily/monthly and maintain the register.

• Fixing, replacing and adjusting VCD, Diffuser and ducted etc work.

• Floor HVAC’s all equipment everyday maintenance and cleaning (such as FCU, drain line, valve, Filter, pipe etc) work have to do.

• To keep clean of electromechanical item with room as daily/weekly/monthly basis.

• Practical experience to operation of tools and equipment and have to maintain register as required.

• Work support mentality as 24X7 for the emergency, even night during holiday time.

• Strong capability to find out defective issue of electromechanical items.

• Knowledge of safety for related and electrical work.

• Effective communication and coordination skills with management, senior, colleagues &

• projects.

• Any Other’s duties as when order by Management.
