Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

• HSC
• Diploma in Engineering
• Bachelor/Honors

Candidates should have at least one of the following:

• H.S.C (Higher Secondary Certificate)

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Relevant Field)

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of practical experience in a similar position

• Experience in a reputed manufacturing or industrial company will be preferred

• Strong hands-on knowledge of machine operation and maintenance

Additional Requirements:

• Strong technical and mechanical understanding

• Ability to work in a production environment under pressure

• Willingness to work in shifts if required

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• International exposure will be considered an added advantage

• Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking attitude

A leading plastic raw materials manufacturing and recycling industry in Bangladesh is looking for qualified, skilled, and motivated candidates to join its production and operational team for this position

Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining production machinery and equipment

• Ensuring smooth and uninterrupted production line operation

• Performing routine inspection, troubleshooting, and basic mechanical/electrical repairs

• Supporting machine setup, adjustment, and production preparation activities

• Maintaining product quality standards during production

• Following company safety rules, procedures, and operational guidelines

• Reporting technical faults, breakdowns, and production issues to supervisors

• Assisting senior technicians and engineers in daily operational tasks

• Maintaining cleanliness and proper condition of machines and workplace

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: USD 1,400 – USD 1,600 (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
