∎ Diploma in computer engineering of HSC with relevant certification such as A+, CCNA, or MCSE in required.

∎ 1+ years working with CCTV, IP cameras, access control, fire alarm systems, intercom systems, or other building or electronic control systems.
∎ Must have good knowledge of structured cabling requirements, design, and installation.
∎ Proficiency in software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Vision.
∎ Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
∎ 1+ years working with CCTV, IP cameras, access control, fire alarm systems, intercom systems, or other building or electronic control systems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.)
∎ Install structured cabling (Cat 5e, CAT6), Fiber, and DIS line, including electrical cable of the network device.
∎ Wire and install CCTV security cameras, IP cameras, access control, PA systems, and other various security-related systems.
∎ Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on the computer, laptop, UPS, laser printer, POS, and card printer.
∎ Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
∎ Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by the ICT Manager in support of the performance objectives of the department.
∎ Other related duties as assigned.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a qualified ICT Technician / Assistant Technician that will install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. A successful ICT Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
