Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine(DVM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical services to customers on farms and disease management.
∎ Advise customer/farmers about General care, conditions, and treatment.
∎ Manage vaccines and making vaccination schedule & Firm Visit
∎ Farmer training, Group training ,couple training
∎ Providing training to subordinate to increase their skillful about quality of raw milk.
∎ AIT Technician monitoring
∎ Monitoring AI support services.
∎ Providing/monitoring treatment support to the farmers.
∎ Be present at monthly meeting and submission of progress report to the authority.
∎ Provide technical services to customers on farms and disease management.
∎ Advise customer/farmers about General care, conditions, and treatment.
∎ Make promotions to assist increase sales
∎ Train and educate field forces.
∎ Weekly performance report collection and sent to Head office
∎ Any other responsibilities are given by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Good computer knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
∎ Excellent communication skills, analytical & problem-solving skill.
∎ Willingness to develop a long-term career in FMCG industry.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills
∎ A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
