Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science
∎ Bachelor degree in Food Technology/ Food Science / Biotechnology/ Food Engineering or other food relevant fields.
∎ Alternatively, with Diploma in Baking provided with significant technical & process experience.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing/ R&D / Technical service in bakery related applications.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, MS Office suites, Presentation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beverage, Ice Cream

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible industry: Food Industry specialised in Baking.
∎ Provide technical support at customer site and troubleshooting to customer's technical issues.
∎ Assist clients in performing trials when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
