• 5-7 years of experience in technical roles, with a minimum of 3 years in project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, etc.) and a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of Node.js, Deno, TypeScript, PHP, React, Redis, Ubuntu, RabbitMQ, and Socket.io.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and back log management.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in DevOps or familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in managing cloud infrastructure (Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure).
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with a robust technical background to lead, plan, and execute software development projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end technical projects, with hands-on experience in

technologies like Node.js, Deno, TypeScript, PHP, React, and project management tools like JIRA. You will be responsible for coordinating across development teams to ensure efficient project delivery while meeting quality and timeline standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of software development projects, from planning through execution, delivery, and support.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to manage project scope, timeline, resources, and risks.
• Leverage your technical expertise to assess project requirements, facilitate architecture discussions, and ensure technical standards are met.
• Manage and optimize workflows using JIRA, or other project management tools, to track tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, challenges, and solutions.
• Lead stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders and developers, translating requirements into actionable tasks.
• Optimize project performance by using Redis for caching, Socket.io for real-time functionality, and RabbitMQ for message queueing.
• Maintain documentation, identify resource needs, and ensure project outcomes align with business objectives.
