Educational Requirements:
∎ MS in Animal Husbandry/DVM from reputed University.
∎ Minimum 3 year's work experience of Agriculture based training program.
∎ Skills Required: communication and interpersonal skill., Good capacity to work under pressure, resulted oriented, Teamwork skills

Job Context:
∎ The Technical Officer (DVM)-Training officer is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of capacity building activities for the Camp and Host Beneficiaries. The position holder will lead the conduct of assessment and training session curriculum development contextualization, and materials development.
∎ Technical Officer (DVM)-Training will report to Project Coordinator. S/He has to maintain a functional relationship with Technical Officer-Agriculture, L&M, Project Officer, Community Facilitator and others project teams and organization’s other priority teams and units of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the training activities for the project beneficiaries in the Camp and Host community to achieve the organizational vision, mission, and program objectives.
∎ Implement Climate Smart and Sustainable Agricultural initiative of vegetable gardening, livestock rearing, and pond fish culture related activities.
∎ To ensure timely and proper implementation of activities that assigned
∎ Write up activity reports upon completion of every activity.
∎ Good understanding and supervision skills in advance training curriculum and IEC-BBC material development
∎ Basic Knowledge of MS Word, Excel use, and report generation.
∎ Motivate and ensure teamwork and facilitators for greater impact in the community.
∎ Coordinate and work in liaison with CiC, Camp management agencies, service providers, Majhi, community leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.
∎ Take full responsibility for the quality implementation of the skill development activities.
∎ Actively support to Community Facilitator on training curriculum with supervision and guideline regularly and follow-up.
∎ Develop and implement a work plan for beneficiaries, his/herself, and the supervisee.
∎ Prepare and maintain database information for trained beneficiaries and follow up their regular activities.
∎ Regularly supervise, guide, and coach the Community Facilitators and Volunteers for implementing activities.
∎ Strong documentation both hard and soft copies to monitor the progress of beneficiaries.
∎ Curriculum, modules, schedule, development, and contextualization for better understanding of participants and meet up project objectives.
∎ Participate in interagency assessments, Camp coordination meeting, Sector Meeting etc.
∎ Maintaining effective communication with finance, and supply chain for smooth implementation of activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Climate Smart and Sustainable Agriculture Development related training experience preferred
∎ Knowledge of crisis-intervention methodologies specially Rohingya Refugee Camp.
∎ The baseline survey, Evaluation, and Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Good facilitation skills in Training, Seminars, and meeting.
∎ Proven management and leadership ability and good communication and networking skills
∎ Chittagong/Rohingya language skills will be a strong consideration. Good command of English & Bengali.
∎ Decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
∎ Ability to work under stressful conditions and adapt to local culture and situation.
∎ Must be willing and able to travel in the camp location five days in a week.
∎ Ability to compromise, negotiate, and work well with others
∎ Ability to work under pressure and strong time management skills to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.

Salary: Tk. 70000 - 75000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ As per project provision.
