Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Field Facilitator is responsible for implementing activities at the field level as per project plan.
∎ S/he is responsible for mobilizing grassroots people, conducting community situation analysis and sessions, organizing a mass campaign, conducting courtyard meetings and building capacity of the beneficiary.
∎ The Field Facilitator is responsible for organizing training for community, implementation of project activities including adequate support to the target communities; organizing meetings, communicating with target households/communities; assist in preparing budget; assist in organizing workshops, seminars, meetings for program and target beneficiaries and others, observance of days.
∎ Assist Project In charge of developing report, data, and other relevant information as and when required.
∎ Working for capacity building of target households, community leaders, LGIs etc. on mobilization, knowledge development and information dissemination.
∎ Submit monthly work plan, reports and monitoring reports.
∎ Assist the Project Officer in documentation; and establish and maintain liaison and network including community, LGIs, Union/Upazila level government departments, other organizations and stakeholders.
∎ Undertake other duties as per requirements of the project.
