Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / Graduation in Sociology/ Social Work/Social Welfare/ Economics/ Business Administration/any other subject from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for building social support and changing the social norms which includes women, girls, people living with disabilities, extremely poor people and the wider community.
∎ • Responsible for mobilizing the communities or active participation of women, girls, people living with disabilities and others to participate in community development initiatives.
∎ • Ensure the access of extremely poor people and the wider community to basic services and work opportunities.
∎ • Ensure grassroots advocacy and CM component.
∎ • Build up the linkage with public and private institutions to ensure extreme poor people’s access to various service system at the local level.
∎ • Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills.
∎ Experience in related fields preferred.
∎ Motorcycle Driving.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Mobile & Conveyance Bill: 3,500/- TK
