Aftab Bahumukhi Farms Limited is looking for a skilled Technical Manager to lead the technical services in our Poultry Feed Segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, with specific expertise in poultry nutrition and feed management. This role is central to ensuring that our poultry feed products deliver optimal performance, backed by expert technical support for both customers and our sales team.

• Formulate strategic plan to extend technical support to the sales team and farmers

• Drive the implementation of troubleshooting feed usage and offering insights during sales pitches to optimize product positioning.

• Conduct farm visits and collaborate with R&D to develop, refine, and validate poultry feed products, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer needs.

• Ensure product quality by implementing and overseeing quality assurance protocols, working closely with production teams to maintain consistency.

• Train the sales team, distributors, and customers on poultry nutrition and feed application, while developing educational materials to enhance product knowledge.

• Stay updated on industry trends through market research and events, using insights to improve products and collaborate with marketing on campaigns that highlight technical strengths.
