Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project objectives.
∎ Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and manage technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
∎ Architecture and Design: Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design and implement scalable and efficient technical solutions.
∎ Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Coordinate with team members to resolve technical challenges and ensure project success.
∎ Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Provide technical guidance and recommendations for technology adoption.
∎ Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user manuals.
