∎ At least 5 year(s)

AUDIT AND INSPECTION, Quality Management System, Technical Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Quality Assurance Manager to conduct structured, systematic Quality Management Systems / Product Safety audits
∎ Conduct coaching and training at the production sites.
∎ Communicate and follow up with the production sites on the Corrective Action Plans.
∎ Ensure the closures of the non-compliances
∎ Prepares weekly / monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports for the department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and fluent verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ Experience in auditing for ISO, QMS, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, GOTS/ OCS /RCS, OEKOTEX etc.,.
∎ Experience in Quality Control Inspection
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Energetic, willing to take up challenges, with a positive mind-set
