Education:

• The candidate must hold a diploma in Agriculture with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized institution

• Age, education and experience will be relaxed for the potential candidate

• Must have knowledge about market survey and any other responsibilities as assigned

• Must have communication skill, analytical ability, problem-solving and reporting

• Must have skill on relationship building, prioritizing and planning

• Must have knowledge on documentation in register properly as per provided formats

• Must have knowledge of MS word, excel and internet browsing

• Have to work under pressure

• Select progressive farmer and make arrangements for conducting farm evaluation trial according to the given protocol and demonstration of the supplied varieties

• Conduct survey for selecting suitable plots for evaluation trial and setting up demonstration plots

• Provide technical knowhow and supply inputs to the respective farmers.

• Ensure regular monitoring of the evaluation and demonstration plots

• Ensure field-based data collection, taking photographs, preliminary data analysis and report preparation

• Participate to the dealer workshop and build relationship with seed dealers along with concerned stake holders

• Share and promote key characteristics of promising varieties / products to the dealers and extended channel partners

• Participate ‘field day’s and ‘crop cutting’ functions organised by marketing and sales division

• Participate the training program and liaison with experts of public organizations

• Build relations with sales people and conduct regular market survey and find out hot spots of the source of variety

• Collect update information about the competitive products of the market

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
