Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Diploma in nutrition, health and wellness or any other relevant discipline from any recognized university/ institution.
∎
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assessing dietary information and nutritional habits of patients.
∎ Record Keeping of individual risk factors or dietary restrictions that might impact meal planning.
∎ Performing ongoing nutrition assessments, including the anthropometric measurements of under 5 children, PLW and adolescents.
∎ Facilitating immediate interventions for signs of malnutrition, allergic reactions, or refusal to eat.
∎ Instructing patients and families on nutrition plans and healthy eating habits.
∎ Have to Make a Daily, weekly, Monthly & Yearly Report
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Sound understanding and experience of primary healthcare.
∎ Knowledge of Humanitarian Principles and SHPERE standards
∎ Knowledge of training design and execution
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting and analytical skills.
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications.
∎ Self-motivation, goal/result -orientation and teamwork.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are other pre-requisites
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Demonstrated skills in clinical planning and decision making.
∎ Demonstrated effective skills in leadership, communication, team building and conflict resolution
∎ Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture and religion.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, be flexible in challenging situation.
∎ SAM,MAM ,MAM PLW & BSFP deep knowledge
