Education: The candidate must hold a Diploma in Agriculture / H.S.C in Science with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or the equivalent of a second class /division, or comparable academic standing in all examinations from a recognized university.

• Age, educational qualifications, and professional experience may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates

• Experienced candidates in beekeeping/ honey production will be given preference

• Must have analytical ability and communication skill

• Must have knowledge about action plan, agriculture and agribusiness, production knowledge, process knowledge, accounting knowledge, computer knowledge, customer dealings

• Must have knowledge about MS word and excel operations, reporting

• Must be capable of performing effectively under pressure

• Follow up different apiary in different location and manage field laborer and experiments

• Assist in installation and maintenance of beekeeping machinery

• Support and develop beekeeper regarding beekeeping project work

• Negotiate with farmers to provide pollination services in the growing of fruit, seed and vegetable crops

• Conduct field work in remote locations under adverse conditions for prolonged periods

• Assist in area selection for beekeeping and bee breeding

• Maintain severe control over diseases and pests

• Maintain labour attendance, stock and resolution book

• Prepare of daily and monthly reports, observation reports and expenditure reports

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
