Responsibilities & Context:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technology Infrastructure planning, designing, deployment, and operations consisting of the server (Windows and non-Windows), storage, database, network, network security, middleware, and backup.
Application development and maintenance for different enterprises and in-house banking applications.
Alternate Delivery Channel (e.g. Debit Card, Credit Card, POS, E-Commerce, Call Center) infrastructure and applications planning, deployment, and operations.
IT governance, demand management, fulfillment, standardization, and audit coordination.
Planning, designing, implementing and operations of Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center.
End-user computing, including Technology Service Desk, IT Support, and Hardware Support.
