Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities of Team Member (Front of the House) 1.Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant. 2.Take orders and process payments As per SOP. 3. Dispatch food to BFC`s standards. 4. Serve food to guests by maintain serving Rules. 5. Clean and maintain the restaurant`s interior and exterior. 6. Follow all company policies and procedures. 7. Comply with all health and safety regulations and training implementation. 8. Serving the fastest number of customers in the shortest time. Job Responsibilities of Team Member (Back of the House) 1.Receiving Product as per Standard. 2.Prepare products as per Standard. 3.Clean and maintain equipment and Back Area. 4.Follow all company policies and procedures. 5.Comply with all health and safety regulations and training implementation. 6.Product inventory daily, weekly and monthly and assist Management. 7.Follow all company policies and procedures.
