Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets and growth as per management expectations.
∎ Organizing, monitoring & controlling team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Set clear sales targets, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
∎ Perform research and develop new potential customers and new market opportunities.
∎ Design strategy based on market scenario, competition, and opportunities in line with the company’s vision.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure production with quality and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Handling customer complaints & ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years

∎ Must have experience in Trims & Accessories field.
